Attorney Jordan W. McDaniel is licensed to practice in all courts at the State and Federal level in California. Although our firm is based in San Diego, Jordan has been called to handle cases from ranging in venue from San Francisco to San Diego. He has appeared in Federal District Court, State Superior Court, State Appellate Court, and various Administrative Law Courts throughout California.

Jordan graduated in the top of his class at the University of San Diego School of Law. While doing so, he completed internships working with a Federal Court Judge as well as a Justice of a California State Appellate Court, which provided Jordan with great insight and knowledge on how judges typically analyze cases and form thier opinions. Additionally, Jordan has spent the last five years of his career working at big law firms defending high-level cases in various areas of litigation. That experience has proven to be invaluable in helping our clients obtain the best possible results in their cases.
